Makes sense about collagen as we age. The woman who told me is like 29 or something. Gotta name drop: Kat Secor. If you follow women's physique you might know her. Or if you follow Super League. Or women's paintball (IFBB pro and Team USA paintball athlete <swoon>) Google her, guys! She's my brush with greatness

Got to hate those skinny people that never had to work hard and lose weight. Some people have great genetics........I was only blessed in two areas and I think with both of them.

I have consulted many bodybuilders and trainers. I think that my journey has resulted in me knowing more than them. They never had this situation to deal with. They were honest up front and said try this or try that meaning it was really an expirement.

I have some eq I bout awhile back for it's ability to help with collagen synthesis, for my back. Maybe I'll run it now, low dose, since I'm off cycle

After a very long weekend of sitting on my ass in a truck I will be back at it today. Legs tonight. Then continue to work on the new camper to get ready for 10 days of partying! Life must go on! Anyone that knows me, knows that I try to do my best to maintain a happy fun life and fit body to do it in.

Cause there's nothing special to the compound, it's an androgen steroid and expresses its potential via the AR (androgen receptor).

In fact, boldenone it's just a dumbed down version of Test, and activates the AR in a less potent way, that means if there's anything EQ can do about collagen synthesis, it's already overshadowed and accounted by Test running in your system.

Simply put, just stick to Test.

Think its absolutely crazy to run orals after a liver blood clot event...

Even if the culprit was 100% gallbladder surgery, and the tiny amount of tren & Co he was taking had nothing to do with it, the truth is that at least part of the liver had blood flow compromised for god knows how long. It needs time to heal IMHO.

Um. When did this happen? Unaware of liver blood clot event. Any liver issue I wouldn’t take an oral. Especially with a clot. My bad. Diet and cardio for you

Yea, went to er couple weeks ago cause of a weird back pain, had a portal vein thrombosis, blood clot in the vein returning blood from liver. It was caused by gallbladder surgery, but I stopped cycle cause I know liver was probably stressed. I was just thinking taking a little something to help keep muscle while cutting, but I'll just stick with low dose test

Muscle wasting disease caused by liver cirrhosis? You sure you want treatment for this?

Oxandrolone its not the "traditional" treatment, and the dosage is probably less than 10mg. But there might be a stage in the disease that is better to risk a little so that patients dont get completely bedridden.

At your age, you should be taking a baby aspirin every morning and night. And buy one of those "The FLEX BELT" so you can get 6 pack abs.

Got a new wo split from my coach today and I'm stoked bc the emphasis is on shoulders. I love shoulders. 4 days on 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off, repeat. Two of those days are shoulders, plus a little shoulder add in on chest, back, arms days
Still hitting cardio 6 days/week. Or that's the goal. Last week was only 4 days. Stupid life getting in the way.

I have quads tonight. What are you guys working?

Thanks man, no big deal about the set back, I'm in it for the long run. Bout time to take a break from aas anyway, just really wanted to make it till end of comp. I bulk pretty good natty, I like to cycle when I cut. I'm going continue to cut a little longer, but if I start struggling to keep muscle I'm going back to bulk. Gotta get diet back on track, been eating like hell since the hospital, but I feel like I needed it, fat loss had hit a brick wall. Feel like my batteries have been recharged!

    Only four days cardio... lol.

It's back day for me, targeting mostly lats, leaving rears for shoulders day on Thursday. Getting a fancy haircut in a bit then off to gym later.

Was in for Chest last night and something was off, barely broke a sweat, while I usually end up in a pool with little effort.

Been experimenting what feels good what not, did too many exercises and sets, high volume work, not my cup of tea. Still got chest sore, but...

Nice I enjoy killing shoulders too. Destroyed legs last night I went against my Doctors wishes a bit more than usual and pushed my squats up to 315. Leg extensions at 165, leg curls at 145, and calf raises at 260 (on a machine). Could barely walk up the stairs to the cardio equipment, but made it and then did 35 minutes cardio.
Tonight is one of my favorites as well ... chest. I have been working upper chest hard to try and get a deeper cut in the upper chest, so shoulders get a bit of a workout too.
Looked in the mirror for the mirror test this morning and my obliques V - line is back!
