Your diet is maybe 2.5/10 at best
Aside from the fact that it's mediocre, you can't expect to double your caloric intake and expect your body to just instantly accept it. Should have dialed in eating before touching gear. Chances are more than likely you are going to lose most, if not all the weight you put on during the cycle.
I also don't count anywhere close to 3000 calories. Your eating less food than I am and I am on 2475 calories
