    You are overthinking it. Buy whatever is least expensive.

    The only difference is true free range eggs (not what you find in a grocery store) have slightly better vitamin and omega profiles like PT mentioned.

    Think big picture on your diet the small stuff is irrelevant.

    In brief: there is no difference in the protein between the different kinds of eggs, right? I dont speak English and i cant understand you well, so asnwer me with "yes" or "no".

    3g protein in white, 3g protein in yolk. 6 grand total free range or not.

    Local Aldi's has eggs $0.40-$0.68 a dozen.

    I buy 12 dozen a week, I eat 20 a day (18 whites 2 whole with yolk)
