    Look good man.
    Have some size. For summer its really up to you. You can cut using PSMF which is extreme but works.Especially at your leaness,you'll cut up fairly quick.
    Whats your volume/frequency/intensity o your workouts look like?

    I have been following this for the last couple weeks hitting higher reps with less weight. Not my choice for a routine but I've been working out with a buddy and just doing what he dose for the last couple weeks. My overall goal is 200 lbs ~12%bf but my priority is just getting stronger first.
