    If you're looking for "drug safety" here - well. . . . . .


    Best thing that I came up with is moderation & few supps that help clean some of this shit out(I hope)

    What supps do you recommend ? For the kidneys that is. I know lots of water and getting your blood pressure at normal range.
    My bun levels tend to be high most of the time
