    For the non-USA crowd, at this moment AFAIK there is only standard estradiol (E2) test in the rest of the world.

    It is available in Sweden. You either get a remittance for a test from a doctor or from a private company similar to privatelabs. Then you give a blood sample at your local medical center. It gets directed to the governmental university lab. If the reading is above 100 pmol (about 27 pg/ml?) they won't retest.
