Oestrogen test results

I had a raft of bloods done recently including an oestrogen test which I think may be too high. What do you think?

Oestradiol 144 pmol/L 0-192

Sorry, but I have no perspective on which to evaluate that test. I have only seen results reported in pg/mL and always with the sensitive LC/MS/MS method.

The conversion into pg/ml is roughly as follows:

144 pmol/l = 39 pg/ml
