It of curiosity, how do you cook your wings? I mostly stick to chicken breast, but i love me some wings. And grilled squash/zucchini is a great side.

Boneless thighs is where the flavor is. With a mustard bbq sauce.

I love boneless thighs. The fat content scares me away sometimes, but it's absolutely my go-to if I'm grilling for a bunch of people.

There's a Thai place that has the BEST chicken and rice dish, made with chicken thighs... If they spoke English, I'd be begging for the recipe.

These I added miners poultry seasoning and a little bbq sauce. I have several ways i like to do them, one of my favorites is brushing them with butter and cavenders Greek seasoning. I know butter sounds bad, but most of it cooks off. Have several other seasonings I like on wings, including a jerk and hot sauce

What time of day do you most often crave for something? Have you tried taking green tea extract? It's good to curb appetite. If it's mid morning try eating protein pancakes for breakfast. Look in the nutrition section and you will find a lot of different recipes for them. Very filling for a long time also just go slam some water.

I have the same problem and often give in and over eat or eat the wrong foods. Mostly because I am bored at work and late at night.

Mines usually late afternoon/early evening. Haven’t really tried anything other than doing my best to ignore them. Lol I think what makes mine worse is I often don’t eat between lunch and dinner due to that being the busiest part of the day.

My cravings are usually at night after my workout and last meal. I'll stay up late trying to get a few things done while the fam is asleep but find when I'm tired I get carb cravings

Also get cravings in the afternoon when I'm tired and my boy is being difficult

Probably stuff you already know but carb craving when tired is because the body can not differentiate between hunger and tiredness so it's trying to compensate, especially with simple carbs. Not much to be done except getting sleep which I know is not always an option.
