    I've been taking 1-2 servings of BCAA's a day for years and haven't noticed any negative side effects. Hard to say how beneficial it is but I enjoy the taste of sipping on it during my workouts. Get the Amino-Core blue raspberry, tastes very good and you get a good amount of serving for your money.

    BCAAs actually spikes my insulin and makes me feel like shit. Weird hu? I cant even drink them unless I want to pass out an hour later.
    They are beneficial, not as much as protein. But if you are on a calorie restriction, it's not a bad addition.

    Isnt BCAA should taste like dirt as they arent water solubale
