Do you have a pick of yourself in shape before you got hit by the car? Ronnie Coleman looks like an invilid but his media proves his credibility. Old bodybuilders look like shit but the real tom platz can talk shit all day about training legs because we can all see picks of him in his prime.

If your injured and out of the game your knowledge is still valid if you can at least produce a pick of yourself with some pecs.

This thread removes some of his respect. He had the opportunity to say he misread what wrote and to use that respect he's earned by adding credibility to my response. His earned respect snd credibility attached to good information is a boon for new users, Assuming it's correct, I'm not a scientist. That reddit thread ends the discussion every time this question comes up. Its why I shared it.

I don't care if I get banned for this, here is the original reddit thread. Some of the men there have valuable information. I have even read similar stuff on other message boards.
