I would take crisptrt's advice and use test , hcg, and adex only .

1-12 test prop 450mg \ week
1-12 eq 600mg \ week
1-12.5 adex .25mg EoD (starting 3rd day)
1-12.5 HCG 250 iu 2x week (500 total)

Do u mean using hcg and arimidex during cycle? If yes iam already in the 5th week, can i start now with them or should i wait till i finish the cycle or feel any side effects? Besides, hcg is sold here as ampules of 1500iu or 5000 iu powder with an ampule of 1ml solvent , how can i take 250 iu dose ? I know my questions may seem naive but realy no one here did answer this question even pharmacist dont know how!!

You need to research a little bit more learn how to mix hCG for multi dos vial usage and yes you should be using HCG and Arimidex the whole time through and stopping them both before PCt
