What will the right dosage of AI (exemestane) to start with?

I know the half life is 24 hrs but the duration of action is 3-4 days so can I take E2D or it should be ED?

about HCG during cycle, thanks for your comprehensive thread and your effort for preparing it but how did we reach 250mg/week is adequate?
