I would work off of your CMP? Magnesium affects the sodium: potassium ratio

The somnolent thing is actually good I'd pin on Saturdays so that to enjoy extra sleep on Sunday.
    Ummmmm, say what?

Sublingual or injectable B12 revs me up and my appetite increases?
On the sublingual , it's just the El cheapo cyanocobalamin drops. The injectable is pharma.
I actually dropped any B12 supplementation because my blood is naturally rich....too rich.

Without B12 my blood counts become poor, too poor lol.

Most of my carb intake is from simple carbs already, mostly rice, potatoes, and some fruits.

Totally understand that. I thought I recalled you were borderline anemic, but wasn't sure?

If I ever hit the lottery, I want Mrs. AG and I to take a few short holidays. Always wanted to see the coastline @ Amalfi and check out the Colosseum....and of course, while in Rome I should do as the Romans and increase my stash of Testovis, right. It is hands down the best prop I have ever used or is at least on par with Testolic. While I'm there I could easily part with a pint of high Hgb/high HCT O+ blood.

After that, I would be off to Iceland!!!

I wish my daughter(s) had that problem! They eat like crap mostly.... I really should be holding them to the same standard I hold myself. But they're cute, and I'm sweet on them.... So they pray on my weakness.

You know, I been thinking about this and discussing it with the lady regarding the baby we have due in Feb.

You know how we are dieting, and we are doing good for a week or more, then some jackass brings 24 donuts to work and sets them out fir "everybody" to enjoy (thanks fir the favor.. SMH)

Any way we see a tasty donut, start thinking how it tastes awesome, then we fight this urge for hours, gid damn donut haunts us all day, then we eventually grab it, eat it fast, and then go "what the hell did I do that for, now I want more"

Well it's the memory of how sweet n tasty it is that wears on us the hardest and makes temptation too much to bear.

If we were never introduced to the donut at a young age, we'd have no idea what it tastes like, or desire to experience it again.

That's my point, we are going to keep sweets and junk food completely away from new babies pallet as long as we humanly can. It's sort of a little experiment. But I think I can put this child on a path to healthy eating from the time it's born.

Never having exposed it to sugar, it should never crave or miss what it never had.

That's a good thing to try. As a kid I was allowed any sort of crap food on a daily basis but was restricted eggs and meat at once weekly, cause my parents heard in TV those are bad for health. Guess what, I was a fatty bag of potatoes at a very young age already.

Yes due to unusual blood conformation even with good hemoglobin levels if you look at actual concentration within erythrocytes I always stay a tad lower on range.

Don't know about Amalfi but Rome is a bit decadent lately, the municipality is indebted up their throats and services are poor, streets are bugged like swiss cheese.

    Literal lol

My kid was introduced to gummy snacks and juice drinks at school. Snack time was part of the special ed curriculum in K-3rd. When I asked for more nutritious snacks my son's sedentary, morbidly obese teacher responded the gummy snacks and juice drinks *were* nutritious as they were "made with real fruit juice." Yeah, like 2%

    I lost that battle
    I'm still p!ssed about it

Yes! Not only did I do 20 mins of cardio, but I did 3 sets of clean/overhead presses. Light weight but around 20 reps each set, that really got the hr going! All this was after a full leg workout!
