You can't be roughly 10-15% body fat that's a huge discrepancy. 10% and 15% body fat are two completely difference physiques at a given weight. Not knowing your body fat and just eating random "clean" food is a clear signal your diet isn't that good.

You've only run two cycles, one of which you think had fake gear so basically one cycle. Like I said before, no where close to being ready for Tren.

Trenbolone is something you would use in cycle #4 or #5, not your second real cycle.

You should post your detailed meal plan in the diet and nutrition section so people can help you improve and optimize. On top of that, you need to calculate your TDEE and either buy calipers or get a dexa scan so you actually know your body fat instead of guessing.

In the meantime, you can also post a few pictures in the members section if you are comfortable and people can give you a closer educated guess on your BF.

After all that's said and done then your next cycle should be either Test + Oral, Test at a higher dose, or Test + 2nd injectable (not Deca or Tren).
