We are clearly in Sept at gym. Many newcomers and you notice how dirtier the locker rooms and bathroom are.
Last night a guy (avg build) was grunting aloud at the squat rack. He was doing military presses with poorshit form. The weight he was pushing (also by assisting with legs) - 15lbs x side, 66 total.
We got 100lbs little girls doing that better without effort.
Shoulders tonight.

Damn, good job! My hats off to you and Tarzan. You guys are doing it the right way. I went from 240 to 165 in about 9 months. Now that I look back at it, it looks like I had AIDS. BTW- this was all natural, I frowned upon steroids at that time. LOL

My performance has been on a slope lately, today I went in for shoulders but felt done from the start and just couldn't move the weights, retry tomorrow.
HH- waiting until tomorrow is too late. Every time you walk into the gym, think about how you have to progress past the last workout. Think about something that pisses you off, do something to arrive at the passion that you will not give in.
You need to give it 110% EVERY time.
Mentally tell yourself that you are not going to let some pieces of steel beat you. You are too smart for that. Your brain is going to dictate what you do, not your muscle. Get in the Zone.

After the comp focus on steady lean gains no bulk or cut specifically, just constant recomp.

You got good way way good mass to build on. You got extremely vascular legs, cannon arms. You got the genetics to not need specific bulk and cut cycles. Your body seems to pack on muscle even on a good cut, the way others pack on mass on a bulk.
