I've done about 8 cycles over the past 10 years, always aiming for more and more size.
I took up running a few months ago, and I attend a 5k fun run at the park every Saturday morning.
I'm really enjoying running in groups and I hope to run a half-marathon this year, and a full marathon next year.
My squat has reduced by 20% but I don't mind because I want to keep having fun running.
For my next cycle I want to improve my running but also put on more size (sort of a happy medium).
Here's what I'm thinking:
EQ 1g / wk
Deca 500g / wk
Var 80mg / day
Test 150mg / wk
I really want to add in 400mg Tren per week too but I hear this might reduce my cardio? Is that right? Should I avoid Tren?
On previous cycles I've been able to hande Tren A comfortably at 150mg EOD. If I go up to 200mg then I get libido problems.
Any advice on this cycle?
