Im three weeks in on a test c 250 cycle and was wanting to stack it with winnie starting week five i was just curious about what kind of AI i should be using

What dose are you doing 250mg a week? Adding winny won't change the fact that you could need an AI my personal favourite is Arimidex but can't give you much more than that as your dose of test isn't fully clear and without blood test it would be guessing.

Im 30 5 foot 8 200 pounds im injecting one ml of test a week.. also im very new to this do i just go to my normal doctor and ask for blood work.. what reason do i give them

You may not need an AI at that dose but on the contrary you may so yes your doctor will give you a blood test but don't tell him your on anything just tell him your experiencing nipple soreness and sleepiness (basically high estrogen symptoms) then he should give you the test or just pay for test private.

Awesome thank you I'll get that appointment made and other then milk thistle is there anything else i should take to help with the winnie also how much of the milk thistle should i take if I'm injecting 50mg winnie every other day
