I think you should go to the lighter weight with drop sets and supersets got 4 weeks before going back. Hit different variations on the muscle as well. Change the lifts like switch to cable press and hammer strength press for the 4 weeks when doing chest. I need to pop into the dungeon at look at your workout routine. I changed the variation of the way I hit the muscle and it sparked massive growth. I’m a small guy 5”4 and approaching 180
Example Chest
Smith incline 1 warm 2 working.
Db Incline. 2 working w/ drop
Hammer strength incline 2 working drop or rest pause
Low cable crossovers 2 working
Reverse pec dec 2 working double drop
I do more incline because my left shoulder will pop almost out of joint with flat bench.
Here is what I did for chest today
Cable press for warm up 5 sets of 12-15 reps
Hammer strength incline press 5 sets 12 reps
Db flys 5 sets 10-12
Cable crossovers incline 5x10
20 total sets
On that cable press is were my pump really starts when I am at the beginning of the press I take the cables back far and wide wrists facing each other I press to the inside at the peak of the contraction my wrists are about 3 inches apart. What a chest pump and it takes all the pressure away from your shoulders
I’m trying to only do the true hit training Dorian gets style for 3 weeks at a time then then switch for 4-6 weeks. Going to true failure Yates style leaves you almost puking every workout and just kills my tendons
What preworkout are you taking cape?

When I started this journey I was like 158 and over weight. I learned how to eat and dieted down to 118 and now yeah I don’t even look the same
