on a side note- there is one DHT based compound that is estrogenic, and thats Anadrol, and if anyone has any clue how it displays estrogenic properties you'll know that an AI won't do shit for it

Okay guys, but I was thinking of taking low doses of AI to prevent too much E2 that could give HCG. I know that DHT compounds do not aromatise.
Also take it during PCT to prevent too much E2 given by Nolvadex which could cause negative feedback loop.
What would be better Aromasin or Arimidex in terms of efficacy and side effects?

You don’t need any AI for hCG caused E2 elevation. AIs don’t help with intra-testicular E2 buildup.
And there will be no buildup if you use it 500iu a week, its effect on E2 will be negligible and won’t cause any harm.

You're right that unfortunately does not help with IT E2. Then I will not take AI in this cycle.
I would like to know about the effectiveness in blocking the conversion to E2 in the body and in parts like the growth plates in the bone, which is better between Anastrozole and Exemestane? And which of the two gives less side effects.

Exemestane is a little weaker than anastrozole. So it is more forgiving about side effects, it won’t affect your blood lipids as bad as anastrozole.
Potent AIs will have more side effects, because E2 is helpful to regulate the blood lipids by stimulating the liver. You won’t want to crash your E2, I did before, and be assured I felt like shit.

I like them both and you cant go wrong with either. I've had great success with them both.

If used properly (monitoring bloodwork and adjusting the dosage responsibly), either will work fine.
I am happy with arimidex, but will try aromasin if I can get my hands on it.

taking an anti estrogen to prevent too much estrogen from another anti estrogen !!?? what are you saying here?

Nolvadex blunts estrogen receptors and is one of the best anti estrogens out there. why would you need to take an AI because your taking Nolva?

I generally recommend most guys take Nolva on cycle as their anti estrogen instead of taking an AI . never heard anyone taking an AI on PCT because of taking Nolva
