A place close to me Monkey68 doesn’t have boats but they have daily deliveries from around the world. They have a big chalkboard with what the fish is that day. Prices are MP. Market Price. That will get expensive quick. The best uni I had was there. It came on a plane from Japan and then a helicopter to delivery van to the restaurant in less than 30 hrs. 1 piece in seaweed rap, 1 piece I said $38. Worth every cent.

I think I have to make room for it if you know what I mean?. Any of the fatty type fish seems to stick to my ribs a little longer; probably shouldn't have eaten both pieces, but it was fresh off the grill w/nice, crispy skin.
