workout was cut short due to a lower back/spinal erector strain .
That blows. I tore my right erector down low over a decade ago. Never did heal back quite right, then the stupid virus fvcked my heart and I was putting all my focus on that situation.
Hopefully just a minor strain or just some spasm activity!
