Kitty has progressed tremendously. I may need some pointers.

To the rest of you.... when you have the pics taken, hide your weaknesses and expose your strong points. Puff your chest and lats during the pics. Pretend you are a .....: male chicken. Puff that chest out!

Hey Charger! I think Cape needs to change his AVI to the left side chest vise right. That way when the 3 of us post one after another it's an easy comparison. Unless the youngster is afraid to? Oh and get the phone out of the way.

(Yes, my carb-depleted brain thought that was funny.)

I hope everyone is having a great night. Legs tonight:

Front squats x4
Leg press x4
Leg extensions x3
Leg curls x5
Squat machine x4
Superset: calves & lower back hyperextension

Not much else to report. Spent a little time thinking about what to after this is over, but didn't resolve that problem. Olive Garden just kept popping in my brain.... There's Alfredo sauce in my near future.

I will be taking AG spot as judge, unless you guys feel otherwise
