    The first step is optimizing sleep, nutrition and training. I would start by posting here or in the diet section your current meal program. Then post your training here or training section.

    Finally you need to manage your expectations. Break down your muscle gain goal into smaller goals - add 2 lbs of muscle, then another 2, etc etc.

    Been doing that for a long time now,but my diet has room for improvement

    It’s really not rocket science to avoid the harsher compounds like tren and deca and recover from the mild compounds like
    Test, primo, eq

    Might consider that but again there is the hairloss issue

    Hair loss is an issue if it’s ALREADY in your DNA. If your already pre disposed to hair loss then t can be accelerated with certain AAS. If not, then you are fine. I don’t think hair issues are too common. Especially not common with just test, more so with tren or DHT derivatives
