Inject low volumes more often to reduce PIP?

Can you guys help me out with choosing a lab. Here's what i can get my hands on:
1 - PHARMA TEST E 300 / PHARMA TEST C 250 / PHARMA TEST E 250 AMPULES (Pharmacom Labs)
2 - Balkan Pharmaceuticals's Testosterone Enanthate
3 - Malay Tiger's Test E
I'm kind of pessimistic towards Malay Tiger because of the lab tests. What's your opinion?
