    I saw the phrase earlier, it's very good.

    But you seem to have wanted to get gains really bad - like I'd love them, but reallllly all I want is to be the most attractive I can be i.e. attract more women - buttt I can't talk to anyone - male or female - as I'm socially fucked. See my problem?

    Do you think gains etc. and getting fit could potentially lead to being more comfortable socially?

    Lot of guys will shit on me for saying this but it gives you a huge confidence boost. If you dont want to gocto the gym buy a rack and a bench for home. Fb has that trader thing with lots of cheap weights and equipment.

    I have been totally socially inept and isolated in the past. It sucks.

    I would advise bloodwork. Low test in younger individuals is a common problem. Getting that in check via medical advice could be a saving grace.

    There are a lot of men on depression meds that only needed trt.

    God, maybe you're right... Never thought it could be due to low test.

    Did getting in shape help you socially?
