I need some tan tips. What do you do to increase your tan without fucking up your skin?

I'm looking through some photos of before and after for someone who had used this before and the results look incredible
Almost like a natural tan look rather than baked to a crisp in the sun

Anyway
Guys I need some info on how to use this stuff. I'm seeing it in liquid form and pill form
Still looking into this but not sure how it affects the body just yet

Does it have any affect on blood.work?
