Very low T!

Very low T!
I’m 37 years old and have been injecting cyp for 5 years!!!
I have low-T
I inject 150 mg weekly which puts my test levels around 700.
Anyways I went to my dr and he did blood work and he said my testosterone came only 39.I was like what!
Just three months ago it was 700
So he checked my test levels again.wont have the results bk for a few days.
Okay question ?

What would make my testosterone drop from 700 to 39?I haven’t missed any injection or anything.Im just speechless.
Hoping it’s just a fluke .does anyone have an opioin on why my test would drop ,even tho I haven’t missed a dose?
