Been a while my elbow has been hurt, today was the first time doing preachers on ez bar in a while. I felt fibers popping. It was nice.
Reverse grip straigt bar curl x5
Cable curl one hand from floor x3
Seat up bench and rested elbow on top cable curl from above x5
Used rope for hammer curl one hand holding both ropes in one hand x3
Did a tri ext routine basically with rope.
One hand dropset x2 then two hand dropset x2
6 sets total
This routine is a keeper on tris.
No rest, light weight, perfect isolation, and effective.
No change over bullshit, just drop pin and go from one hand to two.
I will start with this routine next tri session.
