    Used rope for hammer curl one hand holding both ropes in one hand x3

    Did a tri ext routine basically with rope.
    One hand dropset x2 then two hand dropset x2
    6 sets total

    This routine is a keeper on tris.
    No rest, light weight, perfect isolation, and effective.

    No change over bullshit, just drop pin and go from one hand to two.

    I will start with this routine next tri session.
    What sort of split are you doing obs?

    Basically what I feel. Been hitting everything 2x per week. I miss some days so ther is no split.

    Was doing
    Bi and tri
    Back
    Chest
    Hams calve
    Shoulders traps
    Quads calves

    Went to chest and tri back and bi
