Post your stats (age,ht,wt,bf%), diet, and workout split.
    Age: 34
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 175 lbs
BF%: Not completely sure never officially tested, im guessing under 10% pretty lean, can see six-pak with minor luv handles on sides.

I try for 5 days a week workout.
    Day:
    1- chest
    2- back
    3- legs
    4- shoulders
    5- arms

When not working I run for 10 min at end of each workout, and usually do an ab workout at home on weekend. I try to stay away from sugar, but its hard to avoid startches, try to stay away from canola oil(fast food crap) too. Since ive been working i eat eggs, sausages, bacon, hashbrowns for breakfest. Sandwich and yogurt and banana first coffee, soup and sandwich an couple other snacks at lunch, and same on laast coffee as first, and decent size dinner with lots of meat and veggies.

10% would be no visible fat what so ever.

When I do brosplits (which is rarely), I switch the (chest and back) so (back and legs) are not on consecutive days. Back day contains deadlift for me, which uses a lot of the same muscles needed for leg day.
You're problem sounds like your diet. It seems like you're doing a lot of speculating about what your diet is and should be. Ask any vet (with a couple rare exceptions that come to mind, but they're freaks) on this board what they usually eat and they can tell you their TDEE, the total calories they eat in a day, and all the macros. Once you start tracking all those, I bet you're not hitting your macros and calories.
