    That’s actually why I reset myself to the higher volume lower intensity block to start the cycle. I’ll be following the same progression model that I have for over a year. It will keep the ego in check while still letting me shine a bit on the amrap sets at varying percentages. My actual training maxes only increase every three weeks, based on performance.
