you need to eat about 4,000 calories. Of this you will need to eat a lot of chocolate ( for carbs and energy). Absolutely no cardio, you do not want to waste the carbs.
You need to slack off a bit on the delts, bis , and tris.

I don’t bother with any form of extensions. All of my tricep work is in my compounds. Between flat bench, DB incline bench, and OHP, my volume on them is already fairly stupid. The fact that I have obnoxiously long gorilla arms has been great for deads, but has most of my presses sucking hard, relatively speaking.
