    From the pictures I have seen so far you guys are in good shape to start and have nothing to be ashamed of.

    But after looking at the pictures I will be selling hair removal products during this comp, just pm me.

    The lack of beards is also disturbing.

    Just waiting on the lady to show up and take pictures for me. I refuse to try and monkey into position while holding a phone in front of a mirror, or retake 30 times because I am retarded with positioning while using a delay timer.

    consider taking a video of yourself posing and then you can sort through it frame by frame and find good shots...just an idea...

    I will be following. My fat boy ass needs to get back in the gym. In my downtime for the year waiting on projects to start. If this was the biggest weight loss comp I would be in to win.

    Pretty much, which makes it even more of a pain in the ass when you’re trying to rig up some bullshit using a stool and a shoe to hold the phone at a passable height.

    I’d personally like to see everything in one thread. But it’s really up to the competitors where they want to log.
    My thought is one thread no one gets left out and will bring more traffic.

    FWIW, the last Camp thread ended up being great with a huge amount of traffic. A single thread would be my vote if I had one

    I'm running way more gear than I ever have before!

    Test-C - 260
    EQ. - 630
    Mast. - 560
    Tren-E - 350
    NPP. - 350
    Dbol. - 10 morn/10 pre gym

    I'm getting assistance on tweaking my diet to better target macro intake and insulin timing.

    Also will be changing up my gym routine to keep it fresh!

    Freezer will be overflowing with pork n beef in a week. Schedule is open. No excuses.

    Leg day today! My favorite!

    Also the only day I do any cardio...10 mins on the cycle twice a week is good enough. I can’t afford to burn too many calories!

    50 min fasted cardio in morn. Approx -500 cals
    pull day in evening
    regular breakfast (Going forward, my regular breakfast will be oatmeal with blueberries (all unsweetened) four egg whites and one yolk.)
    microwave low-cal bs 1 hr before gym
    steak and low cal mushroom soup for dinner

    I've been doing test/tren/mast for my fall-holiday recomp. I added the EQ partly because it has always increases intensity for me but more importantly, I'm E2 sensitive so that test/EQ puts me at almost a gram of 'test' without the estrogen.

    The Dbol is targeted n low dose cuz this batch upsets my stomach at even 30/day

    After conversations with GH, with my bulk goal, and because I had it available, we decided to add the NPP.

    I expect to be phasing out the tren at some point entirely and then switch to something more appropriate for a cut the last couple weeks to trim the bulk fluff.

    Playing the late game by ear tho.

    Especially on January 2nd. I understand that afternoons are the best time to lift due to t-levels (not sure if it matters because of TRT) but I'll be going in the morning from now on...Or, at least until February.
