    Well fuck, threw my back out this morning, my spine looks like a question mark right now. Sometimes when this happens it's ok in a day or two, sometimes it takes over a year. Got my fingers crossed, just hot over the last one

    Just moved wrong, not working out or anything. The problem is I haven't been working out, which means no stretching

    Yeah, my ex-wife just recently started training to lose some weight, then manages to fuck herself up by coughing while rolling over in bed. I then had to explain to her that such is usually how it works.

    In my experience, gym injuries are rare, but it seems frustrating and absurd to be fine picking up 500+ lbs., only to wreck your shit by walking with a bag of dog food one day.

    I'm going to hit my photos tomorrow. I like to know about this photography contest here in the forum .. It is very nice, when people from outside, will evaluate our physique. It is a starting point for us to know what needs improvement. Be symmetry, definition, or volume

    I used to carry pipe all day at times. Never screwed up on the heavy pipes. The little piece I paid no mind to trashed my back.

    I went to a few chiros that were bastards. One said I needed an ice pack and ibuprophen. I continued working with my back out of place so bad at times I would collapse. I finally got a decent one and crawled into his office. He hung me upside down a while and put me back in. It hurt like holy hell but I walked out.

    My back has never been right since and it is because I let it go untreated.

    I dgaf now. If my back give the slightest bit of shit I am at the chiro.

    My dad rolled a semi in a fatality accident where an old lady got flustered and pulled out in front of him.
    He felt immense guilt even though it wasnt his fault at all. So he told the paramedics his back was fine. His lawyer on the deal told him he wanted to sue the insurance which had a small cap and then mentioned going after the ladys assets so my dad fired the lawyer after calling him a snake.

    Couple months later he was in the hospital for two weeks with a spinal tap after collapsing in his garage. It absolutely ruined him. He is a tough son of a bitch and knows pain well but he was screaming when he collapsed.

    The back cannot be ignored. If it is screwed up don't put off getting it fixed. My back has been hurt bad but I dont want incontinence or to feel what my dad felt as a result of ignoring it.

    I put a cooler on my bathroom sink, propper the phone on that leaning against my mirror and shot video and screencapped. Having two points of reference from phone and mirror was helpful.

    I haven't tried it yet but, yesterday GB told me to use the "screen shot" (when app [or pic] is open press the home button and off button at same time) feature to keep photos vertical.

    Got in bed at 11, was tired at ten. Fell asleep at 8am and woke at 11 am. (I'm between semesters.) Possibly went to hard on first day, today I did 1 hr of LISS, only. I'll take an Ambien tonight.
    So,
    1 hr cardio (~800 cals)
    sushi for lunch and a lean cuizine with my name on it for later.

    Guys, videoing yourself is super easy. Set the camera to selfie mode, prop it somewhere to get the right height and angle, then touch the record button. Do all the pose's, then stop the video. While watching the video, pause it, then move the slider button back and fourth to get the pose you want. Then touch the screen to make the pause button go away, then screenshot. Super easy

    I tweaked my back real bad yesterday too. Don’t even know how I did it. Just normal activities. I’m stubborn so I went and trained legs last night and did deadlifts even though I knew I shouldn’t have.

    Woke up this morning With a Charlie horse like pain just between my right shoulder blade and spine. All day I’ve felt like I can’t catch my breath....this really sucks!

    29 yrs old (30 in march)
    5'6
    175lbs
    Bodyfat? I dont know? 25?

    Goal: keep my size, strength, drop bodyfat. Recomp. I'm not too worried about how much I weigh. I like my thickness.

    Cycle: 10mg var a day with NPP 100mg/wk

    I used to bike a lot peri-puberty as well. I wonder if similar stimulus will help promote growth, in that circumstance?
