I would appreciate any feedback on improvements. I know legs... I am working on that (hams and quads). I really feel that I have made improvements but have a way to go yet.
I am looking for symmetry, individual heads and muscle feedback.

Agree 100% didn't really mean the comment to have anything to do with the comp. I am just very impressed with everyone's condition going into this comp.
99% of the general public would love to look like the competitors before this comp started.
But 99% of them are not willing to put the work in and make sacrifices it takes.

I first competed in 1988 all natural. My idea of diet was don’t eat and I just took amino acids. Decided it wasn’t for me. I did keep lifting seriously.
I got out of shape and at 240 lbs and the Dr threatening BP pills I needed some motivation so I decided to compete in 2014... all natural at 165. 2015 decided the only way to continue competing was to cycle.
