If your pee is clear or a light yellow, do not worry about hydration. Hydration and kidney function are the concern with creatnine. There are kids at my school carrying around jugs of water as if it was magic. All they are doing is depleting their bodies of water soluble vitamins and increasing their blood pressure. Light yellow pee is the goal. If your about to go into a sauna or run a marathon, there may be a little adjustment but there is no need, in and of itself, to maintain hyperhydrosis.
