    Also, getting a hair squishy around the midsection as I go up. Nothing too concerning, and I’m chasing this performance anyway.

    Yup. 3.5 half life. Tuesday and friday. I'm fine. It's just so oddly dosed and some weeks I'd pin more then others. If I pin 2x a week, not a big deal. I'm doing fine. I know. Odd. But, meh.

    Thank ya Kel. Pretty sure my avi was from right after my last cut to 165 a bit before starting TRT. Hard to believe I’m currently 30 lbs. heavier than I was about a year and three months ago.

    The only down fall is the breaking out after I pin the next day. Levels shouldnt go up and down but, 2x a week vs EOD, I havent noticed much of a difference as far as gains.

    A lot of that is TRT, and keep in mind I’m six weeks into my first 600mg cycle. Time will tell how much of that hangs around after I go back to my prescribed 100/week.

    I was asleep. Getting ready to eat, shower, stab and squat now. Fucking gym doesn’t open until 7:00am on Saturdays.

    I just realized how weird it is that 4:00am is now sleeping in for me.

    My hours have been all over the place with my pain and little melt down. Headin to bed at 4 a.m. but getting up in 4 for a funeral.

    I know them feels. Luckily, my body has pretty much set itself into “asleep by 7, awake by 2:30” for the past couple of years. What few times I’ve had to modify that for work, it bounced right back to my normal standard within a couple of days.

    I might do some chest today and some legs? Maybe front delts?

    We will see.

    How do you guys to get your kids to be quiet in the morning? Winter here is sucking, so cold out, cant play outside so, we try and find alternatives but. Gosh. First thing in the morning, yammering and, not even Indoor voice. Like yelling! You dont have to yell at me dude! I'm right here!!!

    Alright. Oats are down. I got yogurt and lucky charms and then gym. Hopefully seeing the guy I've been seeing tonight.

    I’m lucky. My daughter usually will just cuddle right next to me on the couch for a bit then I make breakfast and she just chills there waiting. So I don’t have any suggestions on the kid front. Lol how olds your kid?

    I dont have a quiet house with kids ever. I have noise issues so I have to sequester myself sometime every day. It builds up if I don't. I am trying hard to be more patient. Its not easy for me.

    I do my best with being patient. I usually ask him for 5 or 10 mins of quiet if, hes getting too much for me.

    Well I got in about half my workout before my wife called and said she needed me to come home and help with the baby cuz she was crying for me...pretty irritated cuz when I got home they were both asleep!!!

    Pull ups 4 sets 6-15 reps
    Ez bar curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
    Hammer curls 4 sets 8-12 reps last set drop to half the weight for twice the reps
    Db shrugs 3 sets 15 reps
