Frank Sinatra, mostly music from that era.

If you're serious I gotta agree with you... I get a better workout listening to something calmer, more mental, opposed to raging noise...

Nothing against raging noise. I just can't focus on getting good contractions listening to it

I like a mix personally. Sometimes it's calm, then a good fast song comes on and hits you. But for me, it loses its effect after a song or two, so going to a medium tempo for a couple songs is good
I just keep Pandora on shuffle for different music genres. I get a mix of everything that way.

Absolutely serious. Bobby Darin playlist on Tidal is always on, loops through a ton of music from that era, wouldnt do it any other way. Today's music is just random noise anyway.

Those crooners are great. Also love me some Tony Bennett. Do you like doo-wop?

But, need the hard stuff for the gym. PLUS, have to drown out the crap they are usually playing.

Oh yeah. Tony Bennett is good. Especially the duo with Diana Krall, and she's hot.
