Been a rough couple of months.
Stomach still has been giving some issues, had a terrible fucking cold for 2 1/2 weeks got over that and had the stomach flu for 3 days.
My dog got sick and just about died.
Then my wife's father passed away unexpectedly 3 weeks ago so we've been dealing with that.
I will give my wife credit she's grieving but she has held up strong through it.

Just got back from the gym. Finished my workout from last night.
Pull ups 4 sets 10-12 reps
Close grip cable rows superset with pull downs 4 sets 6-15 reps
Db rows 4 sets 10-12 reps Set a new PR on these. Did 50 for 10 solid reps with good form
