Got a good chest back in today, also did some leg extensions. I'm splitting my legs up, will do leg curls on arm day, and presses/squats on shoulder day. This way if I only get three days in, I still get everything thing covered. If I get fourth and fifth days in, I'll re work some weak areas, maybe do some abs and cardio.
Ok one month gone. I'm not as active in the forum as most, but am still here and still making progress. Not where I want to be yet and progress is coming slower than I expected. Don't count the oldest competitor out just yet! I am terrible at taking pics.

58 in July I believe I am the oldest? This pic was just before my 57th birthday last year. I have put on about 5 pounds of muscle since this pic, just need to get lean again. I think I was on my 5th straight day of partying at a Country Music festival, Yeti in hand!

Got some goodies coming, could be here by end of the week. I started test/tren/mast a few weeks ago, but very low dose, cause I dont have much. Running bout 200 each. Gonna bump them up to about 400 each, and add var. Yea I know, I'm supposed to be bulking, but I'm really more interested in cutting. I almost went with my original plan, npp and dbol, but a saw a pic of myself my daughter took and realized how fat I am...lol

But, still sitting st 170? I was 165 there for a few days? I dont know what's happening. I think I look leaner. My guy says I definitely look leaner so, I guess? I dont knoww
