I have yet to ever be pulled for that. Unless it’s a crime of physical aggression, they don’t want me in there anyway. I can’t recall if jury nullification is a thing in Virginia or not, but I’d be that asshole fucking everything up for everyone in a victimless crime trial.

Off to San Francisco for work. Going to run a dexa scan while visiting for fun. Will be bodyweight workouts only while there this time.

I've had this happen before, but has always gone away after a few days. I'm thinking since I'm running a pretty good cycle and lifting hard, that's not helping. I'm cutting cycle back and stopping all upper body lifting, and no leg w/o that strains back. Gonna give it a week like that before I go back to doc. Far as the rest of this week, I'm not going to doing anything, but walking and elliptical

When it comes to the spine and nerves ice is your friend not heat also a drug called gabapentin. I have lots of spine and nerve issues after a bad high side motorcycle crash on the race track in 2006. This works great to relieve some of the pressure for a bit. Only do about 10 minutes and don't use to much water (ie weight)https://www.amazon.com/d/Traction-Eq...+neck+traction

My spinal cord has been going around my herniated C7 since 2006 and causes me problems at time. My C5 and C6 are fused and I have permanent damage to my C6 nerve on the right side. I waited to long to get an MRI so the nerve will never come back, I have tingling and numbness on my right hand thumb and pointer finger.

Good luck! Take it seriously or you will have regrets like me. ;(

Traction & ice, great recommendations! This problem could also be arthritic in which the tunnels for the spinal nerves are narrowed. Again, traction would be great.

How much, how often are you playing your guitar these days? This is also a common problem for musicians due to the posture that you are in for long periods of time.

That cheap traction device works pretty good. Just 5 minutes at about 1/3 water and your neck no longer clicks and crunches when rotated!!!

It sucks that we have to deal with all the issues. Could you imagine what we could accomplish if we never got hurt and didn’t have to take time off? Keep your head up man you’ll be back at it in no time

Lol. You are right though. It shows me in the best light. I don’t like the way I look in other poses. They all remind me how small I am.
