keep in mind that test suspension is still JUST test . nothing more.. and test really is not all that magical or special. its a mild androgen, that converts a ton over to DHT (which has zero anabolic effect in muscle tissue) and converts highly to estrogen as well. and then what you left with after all that conversion is again a mild androgen with some anabolic properties. most of which is going to work for strength and performance in a long term downstream effect (eg., getting some water retention for strength gains after a few weeks , not hours).

theres a lot better choices for pre workout and performance then test suspension imo.

however, test suspension does work great when coupled with an insulin protocol for increased glucose metabolism and glycogen loading.
so IF your already running insulin pre-workout, then adding 50mg of test suspension can have some benefits.
