Blood donation

I just donated double red blood cells last week to get my hematocrit and RBC down. I feel tons better after doing it.

Describe how you feel better if you can please. Like to hear what you say compared to how a DRBC effects me.

Well for starters my blood pressure dropped and has been consistently lower ever since donating (wasn’t crazy high but it was like 158/90) and now it’s always 120-128/72-80.

I don’t feel as winded, i don’t get lightheaded like I was just from sitting down and then standing up.

I kept having odd chest pains as well (assumed it was cuz of high blood pressure) and those have disappeared.

I also kept getting bad headaches and those disappeared about 2 days after donating.

Gonna get bloodwork done and see how it affected my hematocrit, RBC, and hemoglobin.

Please keep us informed. I do the whole blood because I need to go every 30’days while on high tren. My cardio will immediately tell me it’s time.

Yeah I hear ya brother. Whenever I used Tren in the past I always felt like a 90 year old with asthma lol
