Dude, it's honestly pretty far from perfect. Don't count cals and don't track macros. Just try to eat every 2-3 hours and eat lean meat with rice mostly (sometimes I add veggies but most days I'll make a shake with tons of kale, some fruit, egg whites, pb, oats, and stevia to get my greens and vitamins)..I also eat a lot of cream of rice, oats, pecans, lots of egg whites (I drink a cup at a time through out the day and 2 cups with about 70 grams of cream of rice post workout)... And I sprinkle in some fruit through out the week as well.. usually blueberries, raspberries, clementines, and/or strawberries.
The biggest hole in my game is the lack of precision over my diet...I've gotten this far by "freestyling" my diet but it may be time to dial that shit in if I wanna take it to the next level. A good coach that can kinda lay it all out for me and hold me accountable would help me a lot TBH...
