Rack Pull and Hold (10-12 sec): 1x135/225/315/405/495/545/565/585
Barbell Shrugs: 3x495-5/4/2
Adduction: 3x175-40/30/25
Abduction: 3x175-40/30/25
Not sure if I’m more shocked by the squats, or the fact I held a 585 rack pull for 12 seconds with no issue, and nothing but chalk.
