Ok well thanx for not answering a single question I asked about the cycle and instead trying to make me seem uninformed. Obviously there's a difference between 15 and 20% body fat, but a honest guess would put me in the middle of that, there is no need to have it tested because as I stated in my question I tend to slack off in winter on my diet. Eating 7 meals a day and throwing in a few shakes isn't "chugging shakes" I'm well informed on the fundamentals of diets (which is why I didn't ask about it) I asked specific questions to the areas that I don't know everything on. It truly is sad that some guys on here think its cool to just talk shit instead of answering simple questions.
