188.9 this morning and my basal body temp is still 99.3. I would think I should be seeing SOME metabolic slowdown by now but ehhh, nope.
Squat 1RMs went fine yesterday. Got to 445, but after two attempts I just could not get my brain to let go of the neural lock to go to depth with 455. Previous 1RM test was a shaky 405 back in July, and I was fully fed for that one, so fuck it.
