You will need to do some research on a quality fish oil. If it has a poor 3:6:9 ratio, oxidized, or poor fish derivative it can cause more problems then it solves.

Vitamin B6 isn't the right choice for prolactin control - you need Praim or Caber on hand. should be used retroactively not proactively.

Vitamin b6 in the active form, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate, dosed at 100mg/day has a VERY close reduction level of Prolactin compared to that of Caber.

    here's the study: https://www.researchgate.net/publica...to_cabergoline

The study you linked has women not men.

The study you linked also doesn't have enhanced patients or specify whether or not they are even athletic.

It also looks like it was made by someone in high school. There's mismatched formatting, spelling mistakes, grammar and lack of syntax.

The women also used 1mg of Caber from day one which is a high dose for OP relative to his proposed cycle and as I mentioned earlier Caber can be used retroactively rather than from Day 1 before Tren has even kicked in and unknown which side effects to be had.

If that person tried to submit that study to NLM or NIH they would get chewed.

Dostinex also does more than just lower prolactin.
