I didn't do anything about it, and while it seems to slowly get smaller it is still there.

Though one week ago, I got cold, I cough, have runny nose and fever stays with me everyday (kicks in from time to time). It's a bit unusual for me, since if I ever get cold, I have a fever for one day and the next day I'm fine.

Could it be somehow related to this abcess or would that be ridiculous?

Being a spoiled Canadian health care wise maybe this is an ignorant suggestion that would be super simple for me but dude.. Why don't you just go see your damn doctor? There's some smart dudes on here and all but this is your health and your only body you get and at the end of the day these are a bunch of guys that have never met you or even seen what it is your dealing with. They are trying their best but you can't substitute medical advice in person from a doctor that knows you. Again, I'm Canadian and have a phenomenal doctor...so maybe this is biased.

Tell him you were pinning b12 or some shit and get this shit checked out? You seem to have been all over the map with your TRT, not TRT, dosages, injection frequencies, and two unknown or unexamined lumps in your legs, no wonder your body is freaking out? At the end of the day remember this is not a game, you are injecting Exogenous possibly black market hormones deep into your muscle tissue.

Hope you get it sorted out man!

Blindly listening to a doctor is a very naive way to think. The misdiagnosed stuff I've seen is disgusting and makes me incredibly angry.

There is no reason to take antibiotics unless you hate your body. The lumps are absolutely normal and cause no harm. Just leave it be. People sure love turning a tiny non-issue into a crisis.

Or... Just stop by your doc when you get home if they are still bugging you for a second opinion to NOT blindly follow and swallow antibiotics but instead to think about and consider or just help put your mind at ease as I actually suggested.

Either way goodluck and report back on how it turns out bro.

The problem in this scenario is taking antibiotics for no reason is not a no consequence thing to do but an extremely hazardous one. Not trying to be excessively negative but you should absolutely not put your mind at ease after taking antibiotics... the negatives of them are far worse than any non-infected abscess could ever be.

Were in the same page dude I totally agree antibiotics are severely over prescribed these days, they wipe out gut bacteria and cause all the strains of antibiotic resistant viruses we are seeing.
