    I'd definitely add a ghrp to it and tons of arginine

    Heat as well, any type of heat is tremendous at healing wounds. If you can do light high rep work to increase the circulation that's also very ideal. Usually if you train the injured area without covering it in clothing it hurts much more, really easy to notice with hands or wrists.
