EOD would not mimic natural pulses. To mimic natural pulses you'd have to inject every 2-4 hours. You'd get way more out of GH by doing 2.5IU every day or 3IU 5on/2off.

If your source doesn't make it right from your bloodwork then I would recommend getting a new source - one that provides credits on bloodwork ideally.
